Michelle Grounds Waguespack

Director of Summer Camp & Transportation
Michelle started coaching gymnastics at the age of 12 with her mother, Ms. Judy, when she retired from competitive gymnastics. She no longer actively coaches on the floor. Her full-time job is staffing and evaluating each program, setting the core skills to be taught in each of the programs. She is in charge of communicating openly and actively with the parents of AIM.   --email Michelle--

Shelley Guilliams
Director of Competitive Gymnastics & Competitive Cheer
Shelley is the head coach of the competitive gymnastics and cheer teams. She is in charge of making team schedules as well as supervising each of the team member's skill progressions and goals for each of the events. Shelley works closely with Michelle to ensure that all team information gets posted on our website and is available for our clients. She gets input from the other Gymnastics coaches when making the teams' meet schedule and training hours. Shelley also manages all the paperwork for the competitive gymnastics and cheer teams.   --email Shelley--

Rhonda Laughlin
Director of AIM KIDZ II Half-Day Preschool
Rhonda develops the curriculum for the educational part of our preschool, as well as ensures that the crafts and fitness coordinate with the educational curriculum. Rhonda loves children and is SUPER organized! She has been a great asset to both AIM and ABC/123.   --email Rhonda--

Karen Wagner
Karen is our bookkeeper. She handles our bookkeeping at AIM. She is available to help clients with their questions about programs, billing, schedules, etc. from 8am to 3pm.   --email Karen--

Leigh Buyas
Leigh is our front desk receptionist. You can meet Leigh afternoons and evenings.   --email Leigh--

Deborah Richard
Ms. Deborah open the gym every morning at 6:30am! She cares for the children before going to school. She also keeps AIM spic and span! All AIM staff loves Ms. Deborah!

Our Recreational Staff

Our staff changes each year due to teachers graduating from college or staff accepting other positions in the work field. We employ highly qualified individuals who love working with children. Our employees are required to have a current, working knowledge in their field.
