Why is your Party… MORE THAN JUST A PARTY?
We make the party special in every way providing a modern, clean, air conditioned facility with decorated party rooms, a gym with 3 party sections, theme parties offered in our Pink Parlor Room, plus MORE. We entertain your children and their guests going to the NEXT step in our party planning and execution.
Is there a limit of party guests I can invite?
The gym can accommodate many children and each party room can be booked according to the size of your party. 10 to 15 children for Confetti Room, 16 or more for Retro Room, and 10 children minimum charge for The Pink Parlor Room. Extra guests are charged the day of the party (prices per child vary depending on room you book {see chart}).
What if I belong to AIM and book a Party?
If you belong to AIM, AIM KIDZ, or ABC, and you book a party with us… your child does not count as a guest in your numbers… they attend FREE.
Are the children supervised?
YES! We have personnel to be with you from beginning to end to not only play with the party kids but HELP you in the party room serving your guests, taking pics, and helping you clean up!
Do you allow extras to be brought in?
Due to the nature of our parties, the booking of back to back parties (we have to have easy cleanup time), as well as the issue of the Board of Health, we do not allow outside food to be brought in. You can order pitchers of soda or pizza or have candy added as an 'add on' to your party and are charged for these items.
How do I know you are READY for my party?
We email you the week of your party to find out final numbers, special requests, and to let you know we are so EXCITED to have you join us for your special day and event. No email? We call you to confirm all details! If you order pizza (Hoagie N’ Deaux), we finalize our pizza order on Thursday of each week for the number of confirmed guests. We cannot change pizza order the day of the party.
What if I have extra guests show up the day of the party?
In the Confetti room you can invite up to 15 guests only. At booking if you only pay for 10, then you will be charged $15.00 the day of the party for additional guests up to 15! (Remember… our party room can only accommodate 16 total children). In the Retro room you pay for 16 guests so if you have more on Party Day, you pay $12.00 for each additional guest that shows up that day! The Pink Parlor is booked for 10 guests; each additional guest is charged $22.50 the day of the party ($25.00 for scrap booking party extra guests).
Do I need to bring anything to the party?
Only you and your guests!!! We provide all white paper products (special theme party goods available for extra charge), professionally printed invitations you can mail, a goody water bottle as a party favor for each guest (you can bring wrapped candy to insert in the water bottles if you want to… this must be your responsibility, your party staff is busy) plus more goodies if you book the Pink Parlor.
Does the Party Honoree get special treatment?
Of course… they get a t shirt, get to write name of Hall of Party wall in Confetti room, Wall of Mirrors in the Retro Room, and in the Pink Parlor gets pic taken on special bench for a special memory!
Do we get goody bags in our party price?
These are available for an extra charge of $2.00 each and will include candy. As a part of the party 'package' each child gets a water bottle.
Why don’t you include the cake in your package?
It has been our experience in the 10 year of hosting parties, that the 'cake' is a very special part of the party. Most parents have a special place they like to bake and decorate their child's cake. We don't want anyone to be disappointed in their cake, so we leave that up to YOU!
Who is charged as party guests?
Any child that enters the party play area is considered a guest, regardless of age, and they are added to the guest list as a party participant. You will be charged for each guest that is enters the play area. We discourage adults from entering party area and they ARE NOT allowed to get on any equipment. Adults entering gym are charged $25.00.
Why is their an age LIMIT?
Our inflatable area and play area is designed for ages 5 to 12 only. No children under 4 are allowed. If a guest is 3, then a parent must be with them so you will have 2 party guests added to your list and they are charged as individual guests.
What do the 4 year old gym parties include and why do they differ?
Our 4 year old parties are held in the KIDS KORNER portion of our gym ONLY due to their size and the size of our equipment in the 'big' gym party area. They will have an inflatable designed for their size, interaction time, and Pit, Trampoline, Slides, and other amenities offered only in Kids Korner. Party room time is the same! Any child that is mobile that enters the Kids Korner area is charged as a guest. For those under 4 remember a parent must enter with them and both of them are charged.
Where do the adults go that are not the parents of the party child???
A special air conditioned view area is provided upstairs for all of the adult guests of the party. They sit and visit while the children are on the floor interacting and playing as party participants. No adults are allowed in the play area due to insurance age restrictions. We ask that one of the party parents stay upstairs with your guests while the other parent is in the children's party space taking video and pics! If a parent other than the party parent comes on the floor, they are considered a party guest and the adult charge is $25.00.
Can I book more than a 2 hour party?
You can book two 2 hour parties back to back and will be charged for two parties. Due to the back to back booking, we cannot allow you book extra time during the day. IF you book the first party of the day or the last party of the day, you can book an extra 30 minutes in the play area for $35.00. This is limited to the first and last party ONLY. You must request this AT the time of the booking.

How do I book a party?
Come by the gym to book and pay for party. Due to our past experience, no parties are reserved without full payment. Payment depends on number and room you want to reserve. Any additional guests, pizza (pre ordered by you prior to party), soda, etc. is charged the DAY of the party.
Refund Policy?
No refunds are given. If an emergency arises and you need to switch party days and times that is done at our discretion. Since we book continual parties, those that cancel, make it impossible for us to book another party. You have RESERVED your day and times and it is guaranteed on that day and time only.
Is our party private?
The Pink Parlor is totally private as it is only one room. Each party room is private for your party time. The participating gym is LARGE and we have 2 party groups in the gym… however, each group has their area and do not mix with each other.
How do you keep party kids separated?
Upon entering AIM, each party participant checks in with party personnel and receives a color coded wrist band that dictates their party.
Can I have extras?
YES!
- Balloons for 50 cents each (pre order) or a dozen for $5.00.
- Party bags with approximately 6 candies and 6 trinkets for $2.50 each
- Soda = $2.50 per pitcher
- Ice Cream= 50 cents each
- Glitter, nail polish, and other girl items are sold in Pink Parlor Room for those parties! Depending on party, all Pink Parlor Room has Fun Bags included in party package. If you want more, inquire at Booking.
When do I show up?
Since our parties are back to back and you do NOTHING except have fun, please don't show up until your scheduled time. Reporting early just prolongs your waiting time in the lobby. Trust US that your party will be wonderful!!!
When do I know my party is over?
Your party hostess will either sound a bell or start music. This is YOUR cue that your party will end in 10 minutes. It is at this time that the PARTY boy/girl gets to sign their name in the special area. We ask that you start picking up your gifts, and getting your items ready to exit. It is IMPORTANT that each party end on time or else the next party will be inconvenienced.
Suggestion: If you have a large party, you may want your child to open only their guest’s presents and save yours till last. That way in case you run out of time, you can have a special quiet time for your child to open your special gifts at your home.
We do not mean to rush you or be rude, but the parties must stay running on time.
