Classes

All classes are offered once a week
Summer  Session - Students must meet the age requirements listed by June 8, 2024

Preschool - Ages 2-4

AIM offers a dedicated preschool area for ages 2-4 years. All the equipment is scaled down to their size. The dividing wall separates the preschool area from the rest of the gym, helping these younger students to focus. We maintain a 1:6 ratio. All classes are co-ed and include rotations of vault, bars, beam, and floor.  A parent is required to stay each class and observe from the upstairs viewing area.

NEW:  our plan is to have our 5 year olds move out into the big gym.  Should your child be in the big gym and their attention span/maturity/fear level/anxiety becomes an issue, we will discuss the best options for them with the parent/guardian.  Each of these cases will be handled on an individual basis.  Moving back into the pre-school area IS an option depending on what meets each individual childs' needs.

Attire: Preschool students may wear either athletic wear or a gymnastics leotard. Athletic wear is a fitted shirt and shorts. Students will be barefoot in class. Please no tights, skirts, bows, nor headbands. Two piece outfits consisting of only a sports bra and shorts are NOT allowed.  Hair should be pulled up out of face in a ponytail.
  • Friend and Me               2-3 years, class is taken with an adult, motor skill development and gymnastics events, 45 minutes.  The adult will be an active participant in the class with the child.
